FORMS 2B AND 2C ARE AVAILABLE FOR COLLECTION IN ABUJA
Batch 'C' Corps members may pick copies at the CDS Venue on Monday.
Remember that Form 2B is meant to be filled by your employer or a senior staff at your various places of Primary Assignment.
Form 2C is meant to be processed by the CDS Coordinator- Mrs. Ekhator.Both forms are a sine qua non in the final clearance process.
In addition, Batch 'C' Corps Members should ensure that their details are correctly contained in the CDS Database to facilitate a smooth clearance process.
