BATCH 'C' CLEARANCE

Batch C Corps Members Passing Out Parade is scheduled to hold on the 14th of October 2010.

CLEARANCE INSTRUCTIONS
All employers are to issue original individual final clearance letters to deserving corps members as no joint clearance letters or final photocopies will be accepted. All final clearance letters, which must be in employer's letter heads and duly stamped and signed by the appropriate authority should state clearly that corps members have completed the national service and are not indebted to their organization.

All corps members are expected to present the final clearance letters to their respective zonal inspectors. Corps members are to present the endorsed final clearance letters preparatory to the passing-out ceremony.

PROCEDURE FOR FINAL CLEARANCE AND PASSING OUT FOR BATCH C CORPS MEMBERS
Please note that the procedure is subject to change by the Management of the NYSC.

Step #1 Your data must be complete on the NYSC Legal Aid CDS Database Management System.

Step #2 Obtain the NYSC Forms 2B (compulsory for all Corp members)  and 2C (specifically for Corp members with personal CDs) from your CDS Coordinator(s) and fill in the necessary data in your column only.
PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY!

Step #3 Collect the NYSC Foundation membership form and its card by paying the sum of N500.00 from your CDS President(s) and fill in the necessary data appropriately.

Step #4 Pick up your final Clearance Letter from your employer of Head of Department.

Step #5 Submit your final clearance letter after it has been duly signed by your Area Inspector to  your CDS coordinator together with Forms 2B  and 2C with your passport attached.
